Manerba Wellbeing Strategy

Manerba has always been committed to an innovative and inclusive business model that places design, sustainability, and individual well-being at its core. Wellbeing can take many forms and may be defined as eliminating physical, acoustic, or emotional discomfort. For a company like Manerba, promoting wellbeing means making daily decisions focused on people, space, and the environment. Our corporate strategy is to design wellbeing: rethinking environments, adapting them, and creating experiences that care, support, and connect. Today, to further reinforce this commitment to employee wellbeing, we have taken the next step of obtaining Gender Equality Certification according to the UNI/PdR 125:2022 guidelines. We have chosen to promote and support diversity and inclusion across all our activities, rejecting any form of direct or indirect discrimination related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, religious belief, or any other potential discriminatory factor.
To better recognise and enhance the unique characteristics of everyone, we commit to:
• Combating all forms of discrimination related to gender differences or gender identity, promoting respectful behaviour, a work environment where everyone feels welcome and free from judgment, and the progressive reduction of possible gender gaps.
• Providing personalised training for our staff, investing in the professional development of young talents and new hires while ensuring the upskilling and reskilling of all generations in line with evolving market needs and internal or external developments.
• Promoting an intercultural and collaborative approach open to dialogue, organisational cooperation, and social integration, fostering openness to change and innovation.
• Fostering the inclusion of people with disabilities, encouraging self-development through specific training activities, ensuring suitable roles based on skills and needs, and thereby contributing to eliminating cultural, sensory, and physical barriers.
Through this communication, we aim to disseminate our Gender Equality Policy, sharing it in the belief that our values and intentions are collectively embraced. In this context, we have appointed Cristina Malavasi as our Gender Equality Management System Officer, who will be available for any clarification or reports.
