The Collina degli Studenti at Politecnico di Milano

Many Manerba collections selected for the project developed by H+Architettura for a new building within the Campus of Politecnico di Milano.

In Via Privata Giuseppe La Masa a green tree-lined hill was built, called the Collina degli Studenti, on which stands a building on two floors under the banner of sustainability housing on the ground floor a series of study rooms with more than 100 wired stations, flanked by a refreshment space on the mezzanine floor, and a space reserved to professors, located on the second floor, together with a series of meeting rooms.

The area dedicated to professors is furnished with a series of Kokoro sofas with high back, combined with rectangular Kokoro coffee tables with wooden top, all designed by Federica Biasi.

On the ground floor, tables from  the You-Eco collection with cloud white tops and white structure flanked by Artis chairs with a black technopolymer structure and frame for the study spaces.
Console from the You-Eco series with cloud white tops, white structures and stools from the Loop and Kori series for the Lounge Bar area.
Meeting tables from the Click series with black thermal laminate top and aluminium grey structure and Vogue chairs covered in Xtreme fabric for the meeting room.

The architectural language and design materials – concrete, glass and corten – represent a clear reference to the industrial soul of Bovisa.
