Chromatic harmonies and materiality in the new branch of Banca Tema in Arezzo, designed by Modourbano

Manerba furnishes the branch of Banca Tema in Arezzo based on a project by Modourbano

It is a succession of spaces with specific textures, refined materials and colours, inspired by the nuances of the sea, woods and countryside, the new Arezzo branch of Banca Tema, Hub of almost 400 square meters of cooperative credit BCC ICCREA group, an important reality of the territory. The project is curated by Modourbano, a Milanese architecture studio committed to the development of innovative and sustainable solutions. The concept on the one hand is strongly inspired by the landscape elements of the Arezzo and Siena area, on the other hand, through a careful layout of the spaces, it is designed to meet the needs of more private customers.

To separate the consulting spaces under the sign of transparency and chromatic harmony, the system of internal partitions with ‘Wallsystem’, the water green metal profiles, balances with its visually light coloured profile the important brown panelling that covers the walls of the spaces at full height.

In the inner areas, the designers included in the lounge area dedicated to the reception two comfortable and enveloping sofas ‘Kokoro’ – designed by Federica Biasi – with light coating.

In the reconfigurable conference room, a large ‘Amis’ table designed by the Busetti Garuti Redaelli trio, with a solid oak top with a natural finish. The surface is ready to accommodate in the slot that crosses it longitudinally several accessories such as partition panels, sockets or lighting elements.

The Manerba collections, for their expressive flexibility both at the design and at the aesthetic-relational level, represented a concrete and suitable solution to furnish both structurally and decoratively every type of space of the project.
