The new Saipem headquarters in Milan Santa Giulia

The Manerba office furniture collections were selected for the new Milan headquarters of Saipem SPA, an Italian engineering company operating in the energy and infrastructure sector, which from spring 2022 is present in the new multifunctional district of Milan Santa Giulia, one of the most important urban redevelopment areas in recent years in Italy.

Saipem is located in the eight-storey Spark 1 and four-storey Spark 2 buildings, spaces mainly intended for offices in the northern area of the district, a few steps from the Milanese station of Rogoredo.
The buildings have excellent characteristics and they were certified according to the the Leed Platinum environmental certification: Core and Shell and the Well Core Gold certification for the well-being of people.

Large operating open spaces, meeting rooms and common spaces, designed and organized by Saipem technicians.
A division of spaces with benches in open space from the You Eco collection by Manerba, customized both in terms of finishes and wiring.
You Eco is a flexible collection: simple to assemble (each desk consists of only 4 parts – legs, beam and 16 screws), sustainable and eco-friendly.

The workstations are fitted with the Silence screens, sound-absorbing dividers, certified level A, single materials covered in fabric, provide for the best sound insulation in open space environments.
The work areas are interactive with lockers to provide for privacy, K-box cabinets with sliding doors and planters to alternate indoor green areas with the brightness of the large glass surfaces.
The meeting rooms are reconfigured in the space with tables on wheels of the collection Plano by Manerba.

All the furnishing units are made with certified fireproof materials, CAM, designed according to UNI-EN regulations, in full respect of the separability of the materials, replaceability and recyclability.
The wood panels are in FSC and comply with class E1 for the emission of formaldehyde in the workplace.
