In the heart of Milan, in Brera, our new Showroom opens.

In April 2021 Manerba opens its new showroom in the heart of Brera, the historic art and design district.

Manerba showroom reflects the “evolving” vision of a brand that has been present on the office furniture market for 52 years.

The setting-up project “A Place to Live”, by the designer and art director of the brand, Federica Biasi, enhances the particular location of the space which, with its 4 large windows, enjoys a special effect of natural light and above all the direct view on San Simpliciano basilica.

There is the high-profile and versatile work&meeting table “Amis” in oak, designed by the trio of designers Busetti Garuti Redaelli, whose main feature is its thick top which has got in the middle a rail on which one or more 360° rotating screens can be placed, according to the needs to be isolated or not, to work alone or in small groups.

The new collections can be seen through the large shop windows that overlook the square of the Basilica:  “Kokoro”, sofas, tables and meeting system with backrests in different heights to be adapted to different situations.

In Brera for the first time “Stem” system, designed by Philippe Nigro, is presented in its version with striped aluminium uprights and oak shelves. The modular elements allow the developing of the system in height and length, it can be open or closed, with or without integrated seats, a bookcase developing from the floor to the ceiling or a cabinet with bench.

The “A Place to Live” concept shows the chromatic harmony, aesthetic balance, the technical and formal accuracy of tables, desks, seats, systems, screens able to furnish both multifunctional, complying with post-covid needs, workplaces and home office spaces.

Proof of this is the innovative Materioteca project and the temporary storage service thought for designers, who can create their own sets/mood boards thanks to ad hoc reserved tray-boxes and leave them in the showroom, as it is done when studying in the library.

On the upper floor, there are the enveloping upholstered seats with variable backrest of “Undecided” collection, designed by Raffaella Mangiarotti and Ilkka Suppanen, and the colourful radical-style workstations of “Apollo” collection, with cork soundproof screens, designed by Shane Schneck.
