Manerba – ReThinking Workspaces

Manerba furnishes the headquarters of a leading quality control company in the food sector, where teamwork plays a fundamental role

Manerba’s collections have been selected to furnish the new headquarters of one of the world’s foremost suppliers of food sorting machines, renowned for its innovation and development of optical vision and X-ray inspection technologies.

The new headquarters, designed by architects Giovanna Costa and Massimo Nonnis Marzano from Parma, was created to inspire creativity: over 9,000 square metres of specially designed spaces — including offices, production areas, and multifunctional rooms — promote interaction and conversation, encouraging the development of new ideas.

In the striking, all-white entrance hall, with its substantial architectural impact, the shapes and colours of the Cup pouf collection (design by Raffaella Mangiarotti) stand out, available in a variety of shapes, sizes and upholstery finishes.
From the entrance hall, visitors are guided into various functional areas: the Training Room, the Course Room, the Lunch Room, numerous Meeting Rooms, and a series of executive and operational offices that house the company’s employees.

Each of these spaces features Manerba collections, whose versatility allows them to be adapted to different activities: customised workstations from the Click collection in the Training Room, foldable Plano tables in the Course Room, round Revo tables for the Lunch Room, and large Revo tables for the executive meeting rooms, also found in the CEO’s and the Board of Directors’ meeting rooms.
For the operational areas, You-Eco desks with colourful sound-absorbing screens have been selected, while the executive offices feature K-Word desks with integrated storage units.

Large spaces are defined by the partitions Wallsystem Linea, with profiles in a sand or coral finish, depending on the area. The partitions are integrated with storage units featuring natural oak containers.

An important project featuring multiple spaces, each with its own unique character, defined by refined materials and carefully coordinated finishes. The design offers practical support for various needs — from focused work to collaboration — while also embracing moments of relaxation.
